Cancellation Policy

Terms and Services 1. Booking & Payment Payment information must be on file to book and secure your appointment. Payment methods accepted: credit card, PayPal, CashApp, etc. 2. Travel Fees A travel fee applies for locations outside a [50-mile] radius from Dallas, TX. Additional charges may apply for long-distance travel, overnight stays, or specific location requirements. 3. Last-Minute Requests Bookings made within three (3) days or less hours/days of the requested date will incur a rush fee of [20% extra of total project]. Last-minute availability is not guaranteed and is subject to the photographer’s schedule. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made [72 hours] before the scheduled session are eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit). Cancellations made within [24hours] of the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled under certain conditions. No-shows will forfeit all payments. 5. Time Changes & Rescheduling Clients may request a time change with at least [72] hours notice, subject to availability. If a time change is requested within [24] hours of the session, a rescheduling fee may apply. If the photographer must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be provided or a refund issued if no suitable date is available. 6. Late Arrivals A [30]-minute grace period is allowed. After that, extra time will be deducted from the session, or a late fee of [$75] may apply. Arrivals later than [60] minutes may result in cancellation without a refund. 7. Image Delivery & Usage Edited photos/reels will be delivered within [5-10 Business days] via drive. *Next day delivery for wedding packages only. Clients receive [up to 30 or based on purchased plan] edited images (additional edits available for a fee). The photographer retains the right to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 8. Liability & Force Majeure The photographer is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or missed shots due to weather, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. If an emergency prevents the photographer from fulfilling the session, a full refund or rescheduled date will be provided. 9. Agreement By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
